Our role on every engagement is the same. We run the gap analysis, build or repair the management system, prepare the documentation and evidence, train the people who have to operate it, and stand alongside you through the audit. The certificate itself is issued by the independent certification body that audits you, and a CMMI maturity level rating comes from an ISACA-certified Lead Appraiser. That separation is deliberate and it is what makes the outcome hold up under scrutiny. Most clients stay with us afterwards, because an ISO certificate runs for three years subject to annual surveillance audits and the system has to keep working in between.
